Deodorizer that uses natural plant based oil
One of the issues with the manufacturing process is the odor. The odor from manufacturing products has been an issue in many industries, such as food processing companies and medical companies. To this, the solution our company recommends is a deodorizer that uses plant-based oil. The oil decomposes the matter that creates odor, creating a solution that is safe for the environment and the employees at the factory. As it is a completely safe sustainable solution, it is used in a variety of different places, such as vents and paints at supermarkets, restaurants, industrial exhausts at casting factories, hospitals, cattle farms, and fish processing factories.
Effectively removing water pollution with strong agitation by water purification device
Wastewater purification is an essential topic within manufacturing. One problem, in particular, is the odor created by the sludge that accumulates at the bottom. The solution Tsuchiyoshi Industry recommends is the Circular Aeration System. It pushes the oxygen throughout the water tank and prevents the sludge from amassing at the bottom. This method also reduces electricity cost, carbon emission, and clogging, reducing the money spent on maintenance and workload. We also have a cooling tower and red dust reduction system for the chiller that deals with the scale of recycled water, bacteria, and scale of water.
Mist spray method to capture dust in high areas
The mist spray method is our recommendation for factories dealing with dust in high areas. Previously, the prevention method for this issue included watering or installing a dust collector. However, many people were unsatisfied with this solution as "it did not collect fine grain dust" or "the installation costs too much," so the mist spray method was invented to combat this issue. It captures dust in high areas, does not disrupt the manufacturing process, and is low-cost-low-maintenance to install and look after.
Noise control device that can be used in any facility
Generally speaking, there are two types of noise prevention methods. The first type is a permanent type that is used at factories, and the second type is a temporary type used at construction sites. The solution that Tsuchiyoshi Industry recommend is soundproofing/absorption (Bull Sound System [QonPanel]). QonPanel can be used in the two situations listed above. It has an aluminum soundproof panel that blocks off a large range of frequencies and is resistant to rusting, combustion and moisture.
