The Tsuchiyoshi Industry has a technical research center within the company. We conduct a range of work from analytical surveys for clients' projects to innovating new products. In China-shikoku areas, we expanded the variety of tasks we can work on by installing the latest technology and collaborating with universities. Through the routine of analyzing data, we have also got the paper doctor and many other highly qualified employees working at the research center.
Our company is proud of the experiences which we have accumulated over time
We established the research center back in 2009. Twenty-five years before this, we had already built a laboratory and had been researching sand. At the research center, we focus on defect analysis. However, when we are developing overseas businesses, we will conduct surveys on the sand on-site, innovate artificial sand, and support the growth of the industry by applying the experiences we have accumulated over time and making the best of the data collected from the analytical survey.
For problem solving client's issue
Our company manages everything from selling to manufacturing the core according to the order placed by the client. If there are any issues with our products, we will take the products back to the research center, analyze the product, and solve the problem as swiftly as possible. Casting products are something that is used in many factories and is an essential part of a safe and trouble-free lifestyle. Our company analyzes data and continues to research to guarantee products of the finest quality within the Japanese trades industry.
Establishment of Tsuchiyoshi Brand
As the shape of the trade industry has started to change, the casting industry must also leave behind the old ways and continue to adapt its methods. Our company started working with Chinese corporate to produce artificial sand that is light in weight and can be easily reused, as a way of continuing to offer high-quality products while minimizing the amount of industrial waste produced. It is something we can do, only because we are the company that has solved many issues people have come across at their factories. We take our past experiences and turn them into innovative new products.
I was the first person to be employed as a technical staff at a company that first started as a trading company. As there were no senior employees who could provide me with the necessary training, I trained at the Nagoya Industrial Technology Laboratory (current name: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Chubu Center). When I first started working in the casting industry, it was at a time when raw mold was considered "difficult". However, we have combated this "difficult" concept by believing there is nothing we can't understand, focusing on the mineral in the silica sand called bentonite, and gaining extensive knowledge on this mineral. We do the same thing when we get a complaint about any of our products. We tackle the issue with the mindset that there is nothing we cannot understand and conduct a precise analysis. With this, we were able to determine that the residue in the inoculant was the problem. Today, I have left the original site and am focusing on helping my successors grow. Like how my teachers have taught me, I have been sharing my point of view, advising them on important points, and hoping to see them grow the same mindset of research = "there is nothing we can't understand" and develop the strength to tackle any challenges.
